Technical Sales Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for development and implementation of marketing /sales strategies, identification of new business opportunities and provision of optimum customer support

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing accounts and develop new accounts
• Ensure sales targets and business objectives are met
• Determine and effectively manage sales budgets to optimise resources and enhance financial control
• Analyse industry trend and develop sales strategies based on market intelligence
• Regular interaction with R&D to optimize value to customers
• Develop and manage effective and efficient customer relationship management system to promote service quality and feedback
• Ensure product technical support for optimum customer satisfaction.

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• A good first degree (minimum 2.2) or equivalent from a reputable institution. A higher degree or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional field sales experience in the a9ro industry, three (3) of which must be at supervisory level
• strong business acumen and leadership skills
• Good presentations and interpersonal skills
• Negotiation and people management experience
• strong products and industry knowledge
• Excellent communication
• Pc proficiency
